Daybed Records committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and affordably. Please read our shipping policy below for details about processing times, shipping options, and delivery expectations.


Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information (where available).

  • During busy periods (such as major releases or sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control (e.g. postal service delays, weather events).


Order Tracking

  • Tracking numbers are provided for all parcels (where available).

  • You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within Australia and selected international destinations.

  • Certain items (such as fragile merchandise) may be restricted from international shipping.


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at jack@daybedrecords.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will work with our carriers to resolve the issue and, where possible, send a replacement or issue a refund.
